Chrome OS Flex Installation Guide

Do you have a slow computer or one with an outdated operating system? Here's a guide and step-by-step walkthrough for upgrading from an old computer to ChromeOS Flex! This will be said in a bit, BUT MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP THE DOCUMENTS AS EVERYTHING WILL BE ERASED. It is also good to check the certified listing on the Google website to see if it should be compatible.

Here is the Google Docs guide which is pretty much the same as Google's, I added a few things here and there.
